Problem with the header in IE and Opera, Firefox is OK

  Please help with this minor but annoying problem with the header of my site. In Firefox it looks as I expected however in IE and Opera the header is positioned about 20px lower from the top of the page.

  my site’s URL is http://www.ps3planet.ru

  CSS is http://ps3planet.ru/wp-content/themes/connections/style.css

  If you need specific code snippets, ill be glad to provide it.
