problem with the mobile wordpress app

  I am unable to link my mobile WordPress app to my site. HTTP error 403 keeps showing up and a message which says ‘Couldn’t connect. Required XML-RPC methods are missing on the server. Please contact your hosting provider to solve this problem.’ keeps appearing. My hosting provider is GoDaddy, and they have troubleshot everything they can and don’t know what the problem is either.
