Problem with the permalink or page settings

  I made some settings wrong in my wordpress version 3.5.1.and i also activated some language translator plugins.The more I tried to get back to my original set-up the worst things became.now my page is not showing the texboxes and not working too..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  let me explain my problem…i am using wordpress version of 3.5.1..i wanted to use some language translator plug ins in my site..so i used Transposh language translator..and also i wanted a translator plugin in which admin can edit the posts of users in his dashbord..since transposh is not providing this i have gone for the qTranslate plug in..it was not working fine for me so i tried to make some changes in settings..i changed my permalinks settings too.it was a Custom Structure…and i changed the template of some pages too..now my pages are not working..i had a page free-website-report, before it was showing a contact form which has some text boxes and some controls now it is just showing some texts only
