Problem with the site directory download

I would like to know how I can download the directory / content of the site created on the wordpress.com platform. The site created has the following address: http://www.rseec2020.wordpress.com. I have tried to connect to the site through several programs such as WinSCP, Cyberduck, FtpTerminal but I have not succeeded and I can not access its content.
Can you help me, please, with some suggestions?

You don’t have access to the file system on the wordpress.com platform. The only way is to export your site, https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

Ok, i understood. I was able to download 2 archived files: an archive containing the XML file and an archive containing the images and documents uploaded to the site. How can i arrange them so that i upload them to cpanel for to migrate the site?
Can you, help me, please with a suggestion?

You are describing a different version of WordPress. There is no CPanel access on WordPress.com hosted sites.
I believe you’re set up on the open source WordPress.org software instead. Help for that version of WordPress comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
