Problem with the transfer domain

    Good afternoon;

    Today I started to change my domain with the autorization code which domain help get to me and when I started the transfer domain. One email recived to me like that:

    For security reasons, when you change the registrant’s first name, last name, or organization name, you consent to a 60 day lock on transferring the domain name. Because you have provided your consent, Section 3(6) of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registration between Registrars permits us to decline your transfer request.

    My doubt is now what can I do if your answered mi with the autoritzation code few days ago?

    Hi celitr,

    I got exactly the same email 5 days ago when trying transferring my domain. I’ve been sending several emails to WordPress but no one is answering, even when that ICANN policy says WordPress as a Registrar is obligated to give an option to unlock the domain within the next 5 calendar days after the transfer denial.

    I am desperate for a solution. And just now the WordPress Support web says

    Private email and live chat support will be closed from Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 through Friday, September 23rd, 2016, included

    Please, if you have any communication from WordPress, let me know.
