Problem with the url keywords

  Recently I am facing problem with the url keywords which after publishing the recent article the url keywords were changing into ???? and showing 404 page error which is happening only for the articles published in local languages only(except english). but it works fine when I changed the permalink from keywords to id. Kindly help me with it
