Problem with theme from ThemeHall

  We are no longer able to log on to the admin tool for our website. Going to the admin page generates a ‘500 Internal Server Error’. Themehall has ignored multiple requests for help. Is Themehall just a lousy provider? Can anyone in the WordPress community help?

  It sounds like you’re set up and running your own WordPress installation, known as WordPress.org. This is different from what we do here at WordPress.com.

  Thanks for clarifying; I didn’t know the difference between WordPress.org and WordPress.com
  Yes, the website is hosted on GoDaddy. Do I need to open a support case on WordPress.org?

  To clear up any confusion, self-hosted WordPress sites and WordPress.com are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
