PROBLEM with Tiny MCE editor – columns – URGENT

    I ‘v trusted a programmer the reformatting my site (existing since 2004, created under dreamweaver). The result is visually good, but there is a problem with changing creating new pages, because the profile he has created – with TINY MCE Editor) – adds automatically tags div and br – before and after shortcodes leftbox and middlebox) : <div>[leftbox]</div>…….content…….<div>[/leftbox]. So when I create or change a page, I am never sure of the result, most of the time the page is either deconstructed or the text doesn t go in the red box.

    The Programmer said he has no solution. So my question is : what can be done to solve that problem ? Where can I find a programmer who can do this ?
