Problem with tracking codes

  We need to place affiliate banners on our blog, unfortunately the tracking codes we are being given contains code, such as i frame and java script, which is disallowedion wordpress,. I have spent a long time setting up my blog and do not want to have to take it all down and start on another site, so I am wondering if there is any way around this problem,

  Keep in mind that adverstising is not allowed on WordPress.com blogs. If advertising is crucial to your site, you may want to consider your own, self-installed, and self-managed WordPress.org site.
