Problem with trying to link a map on a post.

I don’t know what happened but I was having trouble with a map link and I had to trash the post. When I try to create new post, this window continually comes up.

There are no sites on your account and since you can use plugins only on plan Business here, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
