Problem with trying to purchase domain

Trying to purchase domain and website is not accepting credit card, saying billing address does not match and to contact bank- did that- bank said this is a wordpress issue. Please help!

Processor Decline
This transaction cannot be processed.
The transaction was declined by the issuing bank, not PayPal. The merchant should attempt another card.

I prefer to keep business all on one card- and the merchant says their system shows declined by your system. guess I will go back to them and tell them what you are showing- sorry just frustrating..thanks for quick response!
