problem with video orientation

  I bought the video upgrade. When I upload videos wordpress turns them sideways. They play fine directly on my mac, my iphone (where they were shot) and on my PC, but when I upload them the are rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise.

  I don’t see any “orientation” option, how do I fix this?

  Your most recent video post appears to be displaying properly for me. Can you send me a link to a specific video or post where you’re coming across this problem?

  The video in my most recent post had the same problem. I took the original video, imported it to imovie, created a project, copied the entire movie and exported it unchanged. Then I uploaded it again and the problem was gone.

  Apparently something in the iphone video isn’t compatible with your video service.

  If you have QuickTime Player 10 or higher, would you please try opening the video in that, selecting “Export for Web” from the File menu, then upload the result?
