Problem with website

  I was working on my website in the admin dashboard and suddenly when I tried to go back to use another part of the menu, a text file written in code downloaded on my computer. I tried opening the website on another tab and the same thing happened, another file titled with the home page downloaded. What’s happening and what can I do? Thank you!
