Problem with what’s on website vs what’s on elementor

When working on my website, what I see on my website (msmegmorton.com) and what comes up on elementor are two different things. Elementor is showing some previous changes I tried to make that were not successful so I tried to delete all of WP from my host and reinstalling it and now this is happening. Please help! THanks.
