Problem with widget & links

I am getting really frustrated of this. I am trying to add links to my blog but i cant seem to figure out how. I´ve done everything like i am supposed to do but nothing.
Look, i´ve put in the “links” widget and i have already created a category for the links. I can add links in the “Add links” section but they dont show up in my blog.
What is wrong? You´ve got to help me out!

All links are added to your blogroll here -> Manage -> Blogroll
When you add them you must assign a category (even if it’s just blogroll) to each link or they will not display. Links in your blogroll do not display until you place the Links widget in your sidebar.

There are widespread problems with blogrolls and such today. Staff is working to fix them, so perhaps it’s not a good day to be working on your blogroll. Let them solve the systemic problem and you might find your own problems solved too.
