Problem with Widgets.

  Well, recently i have made a widget that i want others to use. I have tried posting it in a page, only to find the image of the widget. How do i show the coding for the widget for people to select all and put into there sidebars?

  The simplest way to might be to replace one specific character in the html with another ie: replace < with * and post it as a text widget. Then tell your readers to switch the character back before using it themselves. This has worked for me on other sites. I haven’t tried it here, though.

  We can only use the widgets that are in the dashboard so I’m not sure what you mean by “I made a widget.” If you are talking about using a text widget, and you want the coding to show in a post, look at this FAQ entry about posting source code http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/09/03/how-do-i-post-source-code/
