Problem with Wimpie Lite templet

Things look fine in the back half when I am setting it up but when I go to look at how the page will look the most of the header title is next to the Header picture instead of below it. Also the font color is suppose to be Turquoise and again is correct in the back editing part but is red when you visit site or preview. I’m really frustrated as I keep running into problems no matter what templet I try to use.
