Problem with WordPress Directing My Followers to My Most Current Post

  For the past two days, people who log onto my wordpress blog, http://www.charlottedigregorio.wordpress.com are not getting my most current post. For example, they are getting the Dec. 11 post, instead of the Dec. 13 post. Can wordpress correct this? Who do I contact?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Those who click into the site are greeted with this post https://charlottedigregorio.wordpress.com/2017/12/10/daily-haiku-dec-11-2017/ because you made it a sticky featured post.

  Edit the post and remove the sticky designation https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#go-back-and-edit-posts
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

  Your theme is a 7 year old retired theme and the recommendation is to switch to a much newer one as themes are retired when they no longer support all WordPress.COM features.

  Go to https://wordpress.com/themes/ and type in your keywords there.

  re: switching themes

  Note that switching themes https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes can be easily done, provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site. Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

  If you do not have the required access and someone else registered the site you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them act.

  The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.

  Problem solved, thanks to timethief. I am not sure how the sticky tag got on there. But, I edited that out on the post, and now my followers are directed to my subsequent posts. Appreciatively, Charlotte
