Problem with wordpress, domein now under quarantaine

    Hello, I had a WordPress-site and was stupid enough to cancel it (not only the website, also the domein it seems, do not know about websites). Now the domein is under quarantaine and I can not receive any more mails on the domain extension and the website is gone http://www.witloxteksten.com Is there any way to undo this, so undo the quarantaine and get me my mailadres back etc Melding DNS Error: 54007172 DNS type ‘mx’ lookup of witloxteksten.com responded with code NXDOMAIN
    Domain name not found: witloxteksten.com

    Hey maliniwitlox!

    Just to clarify for you, a domain is an easier way to remember a website address. Instead of seeing a bunch of numbers of an IP address, you see a name like witloxtekst.wordpress.com!

    Just a quick question about your domain, did you purchase it on WordPress.com or through another site like namecheap or cheapdomain?

    If the former, we can get the staff to assist with this.

    If the latter, you would need to contact the site you had purchased the domain/website.

    Hi I bought it on wordpress

    So i had witloxtekst.wordpress.com but when people filled it witloxteksten.com they went to the same site

    Well, for information on expired domains, you can go here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/. Hopefully one of these helps.

    I also tagged this thread with modlook so a staff member may better assist you (volunteers have limits) and we can get this resolved for you!

    Thanks, I read those but it does not give a solution, only points out the problem (redemption problem). hopefully the staff responds!
