Problem with WordPress program

  Hi, I’m looking for life chat but can’t find how, so complete, looking for WordPress email support I end up here… is any one can help?is been more then a week that the WordPress program doesn’t respond to anything, wen you open the page everything looks working and normal, wen you start opening any page to make some changes, everything gets frozen.
  Please help me with this issue, I need to do some changes and they are pretty urgent.
