Problem with worpress theme

  Hello Everybody,

  Whenever i upload a new theme to my wordpress site, it doesn’t looks proper as it is. Images of the theme is doesn’t seem to be in my wordpress blog after installing. and this is happening to my all wordpress sites.

  This is the theme URL (http://www.wpthemespress.com/free-wordpress-theme-yestilo/) That i have installed in mortgageloans.info and (http://www.wordpressthemesbox.com/2009/07/07/jeine-health-wordpress-theme/) theme that i have installed in knight-ed.com. Look at the banner of both sites. I have tried several other themes, but having same problem. Please help me.
