Problem with Writing New Post

I’ve not been able to write write / update for a few days now as Visual Editor is NOT WORKING. I’ve done every step suggested in SUPPORT. But still, the icons for FONTS ( colour, etc. ) does not appear.
1. Account>Personal Setting>Make sure the Disable Visual Editor is UNCHECKED.
2. Empty Cache & Cookies.
3. Force Refresh.
4. Used another brower. Safari > FirefoxPlease help as I’ve to keep my students updated.

There have been some issues with the dashboard. Staff is not in the office till the 19th, but I’ve tagged this thread so that they will see it. They are monitoring the forums. Hopefully they will have a look for you shortly.

All of these links are accessible.
Clearing the cache and cookies does not help. Problem remains.
I tried this procedure with 3 different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer.In none of them, the Visual Editor is working.
When I click on the Visual-tab, I only see HTML codes in my content.
Also, the ribbon of editor icons is gone (bold, italic, etc). -
Go to users > personal settings. Click the box that says, “Disable the visual editor when writing” and then click the “update profile” button. Go back and open a post for edit, then go back to users > personal settings uncheck the box and then click update profile. Then go back to the editor and see if you can now access the visual editor.
