Problema na instalação de tema no WordPress

    Olá!

    Estou tendo problema ao instalar um tema no WordPress.

    Quando instalo, aparece a seguinte mensagem:

    Descompactando o pacote…
    Instalando o tema…
    O pacote não pôde ser instalado. O tema não possui uma folha de estilos style.css.
    Falha na instalação do tema.

    Já tentei ver se tinha uma pasta dentro do arquivo zipado que baixei com o mesmo nome do tema que iria instalar, mas não tem.

    Como devo proceder nesse caso?

    I am only able to write in English here. Using a translation app I can see the question that you’ve posted as:

    I am having trouble installing a theme in WordPress. When I install, the following message appears: Unzipping the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme does not have a style.css style sheet. Theme installation failed. I already tried to see if there was a folder inside the zipped file that I downloaded with the same name as the theme I would install, but it doesn’t. What should I do in this case?

    Please tell me what website you are working on. Share the link. It sounds like you’re actually set up on the WordPress.org software rather than our managed hosting environment of WordPress.com.

    It sounds like the theme file you have is broken so it would be best to reach out to the developer/vendor.
