problema pagamento

Hello, I made the payment of 96 euros for the premium package, the payment was made but the services were not added to my account. The package and the domain are still in the cart, how can I solve this problem?

  • Hi –

There’s not any record of attempted payment on the account you’re using here. We haven’t charged you anything. Please confirm that with your bank and write back to me here.

Hi, I talked to them and they have confirmed that the payment has been done, I can see the transaction on my bank app

  • We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

What is the URL of the site you added the plan to?

Excuse me, I have checked and the url is fotoviaggio.net The confirmation email has been dent to me the 7th april 2020 at (email visible only to moderators and staff) at 5.49 pm

  • I can confirm that was not the email it was sent to. I am guessing you have used a forwarder to send to that address.

But if you will examine the email itself, and look at who it was addressed to, you can use that email address to log in and edit the site.

This is the text of the email:

    Hello,

You are receiving this message because you recently registered or changed the contact information for one or more of the following domains: fotoviaggio.net.

Your email has to be verified so we can get in touch with you when needed.

The email address we currently have on file is: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Please verify your email address as soon as possible, or sites and emails that use this domain will stop working.

I’ve tried to log in with that email but I can’t see the site I ve purchased

  • fotoviaggio.net is registered with us, but it belongs to a completely different WordPress.com account.

You’re receiving that specific email at your Gmail address, because that’s the address you provided as the domain admin contact. But the WordPress.com account that owns the domain is associated with a completely different email address.

If you don’t remember the correct email address for the account you used to buy that domain, please follow our account recovery steps to regain access to the right account:

That said, the email address for that domain was already verified on 7 April, so the domain is not currently at any risk at all of being suspended.
