problemas com o domínio

  Eu perdi meu domínio por falta de pagamento (o aviso de vencimento ia para um outro e-mail que eu não usava mais), tentei renovar no wordpress mas sem sucesso, estranhamente ele pareceu no WILDWEST.COM e eu nem possuo conta lá, entrei em contato com eles mas eles disseram o seguinte:

  ‘I understand that you are writing in about your domain unsamediquelconque.com. I show this domain name is currently registered with WordPress.com for help with this domain you need to contact them. As we do not provide support here for them. We only provide a connection to the registry for them and do not have access to accounts or the ability to make any changes on their servers to the domain name. You must go through them for all of that.’

  Ou seja, eles jogam pra vocês, vocês dizem que não possuem mais, nesse tempo meu site está fora do ar e eu nem consigo mudar o DNS ou mudar o domínio de provedor porque não encontro mais ele. Preciso de uma solução urgente! Podem me ajudar?

  I’ve tagged this for Staff help with your domain, which appears to be in the redemption period.

  If Staff are able to recover your domain, there will be an $80 charge imposed by the registrar for recovery. Staff will need to receive your agreement to that charge before they can begin the process.

  Hi there,

  Like @justjennifer mentioned, unsamediquelconque.com is now in a redemption period. You can still renew your domain through us, but it is now a more expensive and complicated process to do so. Our registrar charges an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $26 we charge to renew the domain. The good news is that this is still a chance of reclaiming the domain through this option.

  Your other option is to wait until the redemption period is over so that the domain becomes available for registration again. Domains are usually in redemption for approximately 80 days, but with this option, you run
  the risk of someone else jumping in front of you to purchase the domain before you get the chance.

  Please let me know if you want to proceed with paying the late renewal fee in the attempt to reclaim the domain name. This option is also time sensitive because the domain can be auctioned off to an expired domain bidder.

  I would suggest enabling the auto-renew option so that you will not have to worry about losing control over your domain in the future.
