  I’m not facing this kind of issue when I upload photos there are is no problem
  Only when I’m looking at my website (an article or the main page) sometime photos are blurried ! Sometimes not.. it changes all the time and I don’t understand :(

  Kind of annoying when you’ve a blog :/

  I completely understand your concern now. I am also able to regenerate the same on your website.

  I checked your website further and found that the issue is related to the theme you are using. I observed that the blurred images are still applied with the lazyloading class instead of the lazyloaded class. I am not sure about the solution as it needs to be checked with the theme’s code.

  I also found that your website is using name servers that aren’t associated with WordPress.com.
