Problème de connexion avec Google Authentificator

    Bonjour,

    voici mon problème,

    J’avais configuré ma connexion a mon tableau de bord wordpress avec google authenticator et malgré plusieurs tentatives, la page m’indique que le code de Google Authenticator n’est pas correct malgré le fait que je l’ai bien taper correctement.

    J’ai fait l’erreur par la suite d’enlever l’application Google Authenticator sur mon téléphone, ce qui fait que je me retrouve maintenant sans code (malgré le fait de réinstaller l’application) et impossible pour moi d’avoir le moindre accès à mon tableau de bord wordpress.

    Comment puis je faire donc réussi a me connecter a mon tableau de bord wordpress sans passer par Google Authentificator ? Est ce qu’il existe une autre solution pour résoudre ce problème ?

    I’m only able to write in English. Thank you for getting in touch. Using a translation app I can see you’re having trouble with setting up 2 factor authentication on the WordPress.com account through Google’s Authenticator tool. Is that correct?

    I tried to follow the steps in the link you sent me, but unfortunately the problem is still there.

    I would have to find a solution to remove the 2-step authentication from Google Authentificator without needing to have access to the wordpress dashboard.

    The situation is that I absolutely can’t enter my Google Authentificator code on my login area because I can’t provide one. And on the other hand, when I reinstall the Google Authentificator application on my laptop, it doesn’t show me anything at all.

    This is really a big problem for me, because I am blocked for the development of my store since I can’t access it

    Just to check, is this for a store that you are hosting here on WordPress.com, or connecting using the Jetpack plugin?

    The reason that I ask is that we don’t see any sites connected to your WordPress.com account at the moment; while we can help with sites that are hosted here with us at WordPress.com, we’re not really able to provide help for sites that are built using the WordPress software from WordPress.org!
