Problème “Merci de vérifier la connexion Jetpack de votre Site Principal”

    Bonjour,

    Je n’arrive plus à faire quoi que ce soit en raison de l’application Jetpack. J’ai un message d’erreur “Merci de vérifier la connexion Jetpack de votre Site Principal” chaque fois.

    Je n’arrive plus à rien faire et je n’arrive pas à contacter JetPack pour régler la situation.

    J’ai tenté plusieurs choses, dont passer par un Cpanel mais je n’y arrive pas puisque je suis héberger par WordPress. J’ai également pensé supprimer Jetpack dans les extensions mais le problème ne me permet pas d’accéder à cette page non plus..

    Thank you for getting in touch. I am only able to respond in English.

    I can't do anything anymore because of the Jetpack app. I get a "Please verify your Main Site's Jetpack connection" error message every time. I can't do anything anymore and I can't contact JetPack to resolve the situation. I tried several things, including going through a Cpanel but I can't do it since I'm hosted by WordPress. I also thought of deleting Jetpack in extensions but the problem does not allow me to access this page either.. Please help me!

    I see that you’ve purchased a business plan. Do you need help working on preventium.ca or a different site?

    Jetpack is actually built in to the WordPress.com hosting and you don’t need a separate Jetpack plugin when using that business plan which has already been purchased. Please share more details if possible so I can help you get things sorted out.

    As I mentioned, I am no longer able to do anything on my website since I always get an error message ” Please check the Jetpack connection of your Main Site ” How to fix the problem ?

    Since we don’t have the access to fix this on the free support forums, you should still be able to contact our priority support team via your account page:

    Jetpack is required for your site, so removing it won’t fix anything. Reach out to Support at the above link and they’ll get you sorted.
