Problème nom de domaine

  Bonjour cela fait plusieurs semaines que j’essaie désespérément de récupérer mon nom de domaine mais les informations que vous me donner ne répondent pas à mon problème.
  Pouvez vous m’aider s’il vous plaît ?

  Hi there,

  I see that your domain expired 19 days ago, but you are unable to renew it because it is connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. You’ll first need to log into the correct account to have access to the subscription – we’ll also be able to help you recover the domain if you are still having trouble.

  Bonjour, merci pour votre réactivité. C’est en effet ce que j’ai fait mais je n’ai aujourd’hui plus de nouvelles de leur part.
