Problème with "customize"

  Hello team,
  I have a problem with my WP site (logic), in the “appearance” menu the “customize” tab no longer works, there is nothing. Is this a local problem? of host?

  It was the same for my old theme, my new theme and even on another site that I own.

  I’m desperate and I can’t really find an answer on Google, and my developer friends don’t understand.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?
