Problems accessing our site

I hope you are keeping well and having an enjoyable day. I’m reaching out with the hope that you can help with a problem we’ve encountered. We setup a site with word press with the connected domain of https://ignite-thehub.org/ around a year ago and designed and launched a functioning portal with the help of a template from Olympus which was through one of our volunteers accounts and for which admin privileges were shared with my WordPress account.
I logged in yesterday to try to access the portal but received a message stating that ignite-thehub.wordpress.com doesn’t exist. I was hoping to see if there might be any assistance you could offer in reactivating this site?Thank you in advance for your time and I hope you have a great day ahead.

It looks like your Business plan expired back in August, which is why your site is not loading under that domain.
You can see the site at its temporary URL https://ignite792560409.wpcomstaging.com/ instead. However, since the Business plan isn’t in place, your site would not be using the Visual Composer plugin which is why you see code on the front end instead of your content.
To fix this you need to repurchase a Business plan. The original purchase was made under a different Administrator account (username starting with
i), so they can log in to get that in place again or you should be able to purchase it under your own account since you’re also an Administrator on the site.After you repurchase the Business plan, you’ll then have access to priority email support, and if you purchase a yearly subscription, live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page where you can get help more quickly than posting in the free public support forums.
