    WHEN ON MY WORDPRESS HOME PAGE CAN NOT ACCESS MY DASHBOARD I AM GEETING A ERROR IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER SAYS ‘ THIS SITE CAN NOT NBE ACCESSED.’

    It’s your site and you really should be able to access it.

    wellwater.com is hosted with CyrusOne and not WordPress.Com. Any difficulties accessing the site itself would be better addressed with CyrusOne and not WordPress.Com.

    In other words, you are asking in the wrong place! The forums here are meant for sites hosted at WordPress.Com, and your is not. There IS a support system for people whose sites use WordPress software with other hosts, and you can get help with your WordPress installation there. THat site is:
