Problems adding a domain, did paypal payment go through?

    I have changed the name servers to
    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com
    For my domain eventssheffield.co.uk, however this isn’t working and my domain registrar told me I need to contact you about this. When I tried to pay to add the domain, the paypal showed an error page after payment so I’m not sure if this definitely went through or not but when I go to ‘add a domain’ it’s not telling me it hasn’t been paid.

    I am seeing the nameservers for eventssheffield.co.uk as being:

    ns1.above.com
    ns2.above.com

    So you are going to need to get them pointing to the WordPress.com nameservers you listed.

    I am seeing that your domain mapping upgrade has gone through successfully. So I’m not sure why paypal was showing an error. But on our end, ti went through.
