Problems adding a new administrator

  I have invited gulfcoastrv wordpress user by both email and as the user to become an admin to their page and they are not receiving anything in their email. They have checked their spam as well and there is nothing. They also do not get a notice in account when they are logged in. I need to add them so they can start blogging. Please help.
