Problems after moving site to different domain
-
Hello, I ran into a problem. The domain to which the site was linked expired, and I resumed it. However, on WordPress, My Site tab does not open my site, since the domain to which it was linked is no longer there. I also see the notification ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’, but it doesn’t let me open my site. Could you help me go to the my site tab, or help me figure out how to link the site to the desired domain. The name of the domain itself – start-megion.ru
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
Many thanks for reaching out, and we’ll do our best to guide you.
The domain to which the site was linked expired, and I resumed it. However, on WordPress, My Site tab does not open my site, since the domain to which it was linked is no longer there. I also see the notification ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’, but it doesn’t let me open my site.
After renewing the domain, was the hosting also renewed?
If yes, the site would need to be reconnected via Jetpack and this can be done as per these steps: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
You may be interested in Jetpack Back up, and more can be found here: https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ – it can help when instances like this happen in the future.
I’m hoping this is useful information thus far.
