Problems after registration for Domain Name

  Hi there, I just registered a domain for http://www.wearenivia.com(to map to my current wordpress site “wearenivia.wordpress.com”) via wordpress, for $18 a year. However I was asked to change my nameservers and to update my DNS. After research, I found that I could change my DNS by going to Domain Administration. Thing is, I don’t even have that option in my dashboard.

  Hi there,

  When our system put through the purchase for your domain wearenivia.com, there was an error between us and the domain registry, and the domain did not end up getting registered quite yet.

  I have gone ahead and refunded you for the $18 which you have already paid, so all you will need to do is go in to your account and repurchase the domain. It should go through without any further issue.
