Problems after Upgrading

I am quite new to blogging. But I’m enjoying myself at wordpress. Recently, I signed up for an upgrade from beekim.wordpress.com to beekim.me I’ve encountered some problems after the upgrade. Firstly, I can’t find my theme editor after I’ve gone into the Appearance. I also found that my latest post is not showing up on other people’s blogroll. I’ve cleared my cache, but nothing seems to work. I found that there’s not a world of difference after going for the upgrade.

If the latest post is not showing on other sites, do I need to inform people to change from beekim.wordpress.com to beekim.me or will domsin mapping automatically do it for me? I hope it’s the latter.

Both addresses will work – your original one and the mapped domain name – all done automatically – but most people encourage their visitors to update to the new URL – but the old links and bookmarks will work just fine
You just added the domain mapping – it can take up to 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet – you seem to have everything set correctly

Buying the custom domain doesn’t give you custom design as well. That is a separate upgrade.
