Problems after Upgrading
-
I’ve updated 2 posts but on the blogroll of some of my followers’ sites still show my older post. Stats affected because of this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Before I signed up for the upgrade, this was one of my biggest concerns. I’ve already informed followers of the new address. I’vwe checked the blogroll and it still states “4 days ago” when I’ve already posted 2 new posts since then.

I didn’t have much problems b4 upgrade, just a minor one that was quickly fixed. Now after upgrade …. should have continued with free site (sigh)

I see a post that went up today. What are the posts that you can’t see? As in, what are their titles?
-
Ok, after several tries I am able to get to my site but the blogroll on some sites still show my older postings. My two newer ones did not show. I also don’t understand why because the links seem to be correct. Shouldn’t have upgraded :(
-
Let me try and do another posting and see whether the problem continues. Before the upgrade I encountered the same problem once where my new post showed up on the blogroll of some followers site about an hour later. My current problem is already 4 days old. Two newer postings didn’t show.

I’m experiencing the same problem.
My last 3 post have been published, but do not show up in the reader or on sites showing my blog’s feed.I have also checked that the total of categories and tags aren’t over 15
Please help
My blog is http://www.lofoloco.dk

http://www.lofoloco.dk/ is not a WordPress.com site but a WordPress.org site and we won’t be able to help with that.

Ok, I posted this
http://beekim.me/2013/02/12/financial-assistance-for-the-poor/
about an hour ago. Since posting, I’ve been going in and out of my followers’ sites to see if there’s an update. Ok, the post that I posted 4 days ago have been replaced by one that since I posed a day ago. May I know why is this happening? Normally, it shows up on the blogroll of my followers’ site almost immediately after I have posted. Why is there a delay? Is it something that I am doing wrong, the tagging, maybe … ??? -

Well, Wp.com isn’t responsible for the blogrolls on external sites. Have you checked your feed with a feed validator? As well, there’s a bug going around with missing pages and posts where, upon initially publishing, the URL is numerical, like raincoaster.com/=383884 instead of hte proper date/title format. Check your posts and see if they have numerical URLs and if they do, copy all the text, then Edit them, making any change. Then hit Update. That should fix them. Report back if this helps.

Thanks Raincoaster. My URL is in order. Having some trouble with the feed validator. It says “The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.” So, what do I do now?

Yes, I’ve checked my last 10 posts. All looks ok. Thanks, I really appreciate this, Raincoaster.

Hi there,
When I look at your WordPress.com feed at http://beekim.me/feed/ I see the post you mentioned wasn’t appearing. I am also able to see this post in my WordPress.com Reader. In both cases it is showing your custom domain in the URL. Are you still having any problems with your subscribers seeing your posts?
Best!
