Problems after your most recent update

  Since your recent update – and for the first time ever – my post-editing screen expands out of proportion and will not let me touch or move the cursor when I attempt to compose or edit a post. I reduced my tablet’s font size, and that still didn’t help. I tried to tap on the section related to fonts for the post itself and it didn’t respond.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  thelogcabinsage.com is a site hosted with Unified Layer and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.

  Hello!

  Have you tried any of the following troubleshooting steps?

  •

  1. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Opening your wordpress.com site in an incognito tab / window.

  •

  3. Rebooting the device.
  •

  4. Using a different device.
