Problems cancelling and refunding premium upgrade

  Hi WordPress,
  I received this message, but am unable to find the answer in the support section: “There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”

  Can you please help? I am trying to cancel and refund an upgrade to a premium account while I am waiting for domain issues to be sorted.

  Do you think someone from your team could respond please to the issue? I would like to cancel and refund the premium upgrade and your website is not accepting my request to do so.

  I do not understand why an error is occurring.

  I apologize you’re having trouble. I went ahead and refunded the Premium bundle charge and removed it from gennarosityabroad.wordpress.com. Please allow several days before the funds are available on your account.
