Problems cancelling Premium Plan

Good morning,
I am enrolled in a premium plan that I’ve been trying to cancel as I do not use the web page (https://mramirezrubio.com/). I have tried to follow instructions but the options that I am supposed to get are not available. The “purchase and billing history” page are just blank. I’ve also tried to use the chat support and the support form but they are blank as well. I’m out of options now and I received the email today that I was charged for the renewal of the premium plan. Anything I can do?

If you are having trouble cancelling your plan, I can help :)
Just so you are aware, we don’t recommend cancelling a domain if you want to use it again in the future as there is no guarantee you will be able to get it back.
If you are happy to go ahead just reply to confirm and I will cancel your plan and domain, then issue a refund.

Thank you gemmacevans for your reply and letting me know the different considerations. After some though, I think I prefer to cancel the domain and the plan. Let me know if you need further info.

Thanks for confirming. I’ve cancelled and refunded your plan and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your account.
