Problems creating my blog

Hello!
I just recently bought my domain name shesonabudget.com, this was approximately two weeks ago. I had started designing my blog and customizing my settings, I had already installed plugins but as of yesterday whenever I try to view my blog or add changes to it it says there is an error loading the page and whatever change I want to make it says unable to do it and to contact support. If you know what this can be please help me, I would really like my blog to go live soon.

There are two different versions of WordPress.
These forums only provide support for the WordPress.com version; your site appears to use the self-hosted version from WordPress.org.
If you need support for a self-hosted site, please try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums, or try contacting your host.
