Problems deleting blog

  I am trying to delete my blog. I tried going under tools and “delete blog.” It won’t let me for this reason. Does someone know how to get past this? Thaks ahead.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It won’t let me for this reason.

  For what reason? What happens when you click on “Delete Site.” That action alone doesn’t delete the site. It begins the process. It should take you first to a page with the question “Why do you want to delete your site?,” followed by several optional reasons.

  After pressing “delete site” I get this message “Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.” I tried deleting any upgrades that it would allow. I’ve cleared all content as well.

  I cannot delete mine
  I followed email confirmation delete link it say out of date after i press it
  My blog is basic not paid

  Your blog has a domain mapping upgrade http://lowcarbpediatrician.com/ and that has to be removed prior to deletion of the underlying blog at http://lowcarbpediatrician.wordpress.com/.

  Do you want to retain the domain URL and to use it on another site? Or do you want to cancel that upgrade completely and get a refund?

  It can take up to several weeks for a domain registrar to release the domain URL, and they may not choose to do so. There is no guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once it is canceled.

  That is why Staff need to know your intentions when they get here or there will be a time waste caused by asking questions back and forth between you.

  I want to cancel the upgrade. I want to lose the domain URL completely.
