Problems deleting site

  I’m trying to delete the hinterlandscapes site, but it won’t allow me to do this, asking me continually to manage my upgrade purchases. When I click on manage purchases, there is still no way to delete! I purchased a style, which was a one off payment not an ongoing payment, so there is nothing to update. Help!

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  If Staff removes the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. And, if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”. If you’ll confirm you understand that, Staff will act for you.

  Please post the URL of the wordpress.COM site you wish to have Staff transfer the theme to.

  Yes, there was a Premium Theme on the site which I have removed. You should be able to delete it now.

  I will ask the Staff to transfer the theme for me.

  australianhealthconsulting.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. The differences between the two are explained here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  I’m afraid I’m unable to transfer the theme to a site not hosted on our servers. However, I can add credits so you can use the same theme for a future site created in this account.
