Problems editing and uploading

  I am trying to edit or add new posts to my blog. Why does this beeb bob boob thing appear!!!!!! I did not have this until a few weeks age and I am finding it impossible to now add, edit posts as I used to do. I also can not cut and paste from a word document. Ifg I do manage to type in the dialogue box it takes a n age to upload if it does at all. What is going on????
