Problems embedding a jotform- only shows the link

  Hello, I have been desperately trying to embed a jotform onto my wordpress.com page and every time I use any combination of their embed features, it only shows the link on my updated page and not the form itself.

  I have been going back and forth with the jotform support team, but as of yet they have not been able to figure out the problem. Is there any chance there is something different that needs to happen on the wordpress end of things?

  I, of course, have tried many other iterations that they have provided as well which all just show the link rather than the form.
