Problems embedding video into my blog

  I am currently trying to copy the video from this website: http://www.exchangemagazine.com/morningpost/2009/week28/Tuesday/070114.htm
  into my blog: http://www.twentyfirstcenturyretro.com by copying and pasting the HTML code but everytime I save the post, the video disappears.

  Any help would be much apprecated.
