  Are you exporting content from My Sites > Settings > Export?

  https://wordpress.com/settings/export/schedloktranslations.wordpress.com

  A screenshot of what you are seeing would be helpful if you can make one. Please include the whole page and upload it to your Media Library so I can take a look.
