Problems getting Facebook to recognize my featured post help!

After I create an blog post and copy and past the link to Facebook, for some reason the feature image I specified doesn’t appear. Instead it is just a big white rectangle. I tried changing the URL of the post and then saving it, as this used to fix this kind of problem before, however it doesn’t seem to change anything. Maybe it has something to do with my camera, the Samsung Galaxy A5 phone? The weird part was yesterday I posted it blank and it stayed blank for like a day but then suddenly the photo just appeared on my Facebook wall. I don’t think it has to do with forcing reset of the Facebook cache, because I tried to do that right away and that didn’t fix the problem.

Thanks for sharing this. I tried the workaround, but it still doesn’t seem to work to help Facebook recognize the featured image. It’s weird because today in the Facebook post preview the featured image displayed, but when I check my wall the actual post still shows a blank image! I don’t know what to do, help!

I just tired your link on one of my Facebook pages and it worked (can see the image, text and link). I have a feeling the issue might be coming from Facebook itself.
Have you tried to post it on another page (if you have one)?
