problems getting to my account to change auto-renew credit card payment

I co-manage my account with another administrator, who manages it – I just pay for it! Problem is – she still receives the bill, automatically renewed/ paid with my credit card. I changed the card but still am not receiving the receipt.

This is happening because the domain registration is still under their account. They have to transfer it to your account by following these instructions:
